Last Updated: October 19, 2026This Privacy Policy applies to the Idle Farming Tycoon mobile application (the “Application”) operated by Buğra Yakup Türker (Kazuk Games), based in Turkey (the “Service Provider”).1. Information We CollectWhen you use the Application, the following information may be collected:

• Device and Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including advertising identifiers), IP address, and general usage data (screens visited, time spent, session duration, interaction events).
• Approximate Location: The Application itself does not request or collect precise location. However, Firebase Analytics may collect approximate (coarse) location data derived from IP address or other non-precise sources for analytics purposes. Precise location (GPS) is not collected.
• Purchase Information: When you make consumable in-app purchases, Apple processes the payment through Unity IAP. We may receive limited transaction data such as purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, and purchase history. We do not receive or store your payment card details or full billing information.
• Advertising Data: Through Google AdMob, advertising identifiers and interaction data with advertisements may be collected.
• Optional Information: If you contact us by email, we collect the email address and content of your message.

We do not require account creation to play the game.2. How We Use the Information and Legal BasesWe use the collected information to operate, maintain and improve the Application, process consumable in-app purchases, deliver advertisements, analyze usage with Firebase Analytics, diagnose technical issues, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.Under Turkish KVKK (Article 5) and, where applicable, GDPR (Article 6), our legal bases for processing are:

• Performance of a contract (to operate the game and deliver purchases);
• Our legitimate interests (improving stability, analytics, fraud prevention, and maintaining security);
• Compliance with legal obligations;
• Your explicit consent where required (such as personalized tracking/ads under Apple App Tracking Transparency).

3. Third-Party ServicesThe Application uses the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics – may process approximate location and device data)
• Unity (Unity IAP for in-app purchases)
• Apple (payment processing)

Data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside Turkey (including the United States and other countries). Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied.We do not sell your personal information.4. Data Retention

• Automatically collected data: retained for up to 24 months unless longer retention is required by law.
• Purchase-related data: retained as long as necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Support emails: retained as needed to resolve the inquiry.
• Aggregated/anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (subject to legal retention obligations).5. Your RightsDepending on your location (including under Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Children’s PrivacyThe Application is not directed to children under 16 years of age (or under 13 in jurisdictions where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that personal data of a child has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete it.7. SecurityWe implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.8. International Data TransfersData processed by Google, Apple, and Unity may be transferred outside Turkey. We rely on appropriate legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) for such transfers.9. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Terms & Conditions for Idle Farming TycoonEffective Date: October 19, 2026These Terms & Conditions apply to the Idle Farming Tycoon mobile application (the “Application”) operated by Buğra Yakup Türker (Kazuk Games), based in Turkey (the “Service Provider”).By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.1. License to Use the ApplicationSubject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items (Consumables Only)The Application offers consumable in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, boosts, or other digital content (“Virtual Items”) using Unity IAP and Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

• All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. The Service Provider does not process payments and does not have access to your payment card or full billing information.
• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them only within the Application.
• Virtual Items are consumable: once used or consumed, they cannot be restored or recovered.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or real goods, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Application.
• Prices may change at any time. The Service Provider may modify, discontinue, or change the availability of any Virtual Item at its sole discretion.
• By purchasing any Virtual Item, you expressly request and agree that the digital content be delivered immediately, and you acknowledge that upon commencement of the delivery/consumption of the Virtual Item, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period under applicable consumer protection laws (including the Turkish Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and related regulations).
• All purchases are final. Except where required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID purchase history.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for controlling in-app purchases made by minors. Use Apple’s parental controls if needed.

3. AdvertisingThe Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and consent choices (including App Tracking Transparency).4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, use bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Application
• Use the Application for any illegal purpose
• Transfer, sell, or trade Virtual Items outside the Application

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access for violations without any refund of Virtual Items.5. Intellectual PropertyAll content, code, graphics, trademarks, and other materials in the Application are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights.6. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the laws of the Republic of Turkey), the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of Virtual Items, game progress, data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your access to or use of the Application.In no event shall the Service Provider’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Service Provider for the Application or Virtual Items in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or 50 USD (or equivalent in local currency), whichever is lower.Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.8. IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Application, including the use of cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable laws.9. Apple-Specific TermsYou acknowledge and agree that:
(a) these Terms are concluded solely between you and the Service Provider, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”);
(b) the Service Provider, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content;
(c) Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application;
(d) in the event of any third-party claim that the Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Service Provider, not Apple, will be solely responsible;
(e) Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary; and
(f) you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.10. TerminationThe Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use Virtual Items ends and remaining items have no value or refund entitlement (except as required by law).11. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  Except where mandatory consumer protection regulations prescribe otherwise, the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Application.12. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.13. Changes to These TermsThe Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted.
